Goal: $8,000.00
Specific Need
This year for match week, the Lyons Veterans Fund is raising money to help with the cost of purchasing new markers for the Veterans at Lyons Cemetery. These markers are the ones that go at the foot of the grave. During mowing season, at the Cemetery, these markers get hit, with the mowers and some of them get broken. The cost for each of the markers is around $750.00.Mission
The mission of the Lyons Veteran Fund is to show respect for the Veterans in any way possible. Whether it be a Veteran banner, new markers for their grave, or replacing the flagpoles that display the Veteran flags at the Cemetery. The Veterans need to be recognized for all that they did and still do for this country.Photos & Videos
