Specific Need

Chase fire department is 100% volunteer and all equipment is purchased with 100% fund raise money. Everything given will be towards the purchase of life saving, or personal safety equipment.

Mission

Chase fire department also known as Rice County Firestation number 2, is a 100% volunteer department with 18 members who is priority is to help our community and County. These members have dedicated their time and efforts to not only help when needed but to help with any and all community events as needed. 

Profile

In 2021 the members of the Chase fire department station 2 we're faced with a dilemma of spending a bunch of money to revamp the current two separate buildings that housed the five trucks of the department. Several members came up with a idea to consolidate the two buildings in the one that would solve all the renovation issues. In late 2022 after a complete year of all out fundraising and all avenues taken, the full amount was raised to build a brand new fire station. As of August 2023 the Chase fire department moved into their new building, and the members have vowed to continue fundraising to keep up on maintenance and equipment so we never had to face the issues we faced in 2021.
